I just wanted to fill yall in on how our volleyball season went. We were 5-1, our only loss was against Northwood, who we played for our last game. We kicked their booties, in 2 games. It was AWESOME!!! I loved every minute of it. Our next game is against the parents of the players on April 10th. On March 30th, the 8th grade volleyball team presented Coach Hays with beautiful flowers, her response was "Don't be late for class." I don't consider that very nice. :-) The Lady Warrior Volleyball team consisted of: Me (Jamey Walker), Ashley Pierce, Meagan Lester, Katie Cole, Kelly Harmon, Kara Fenner, Brittany Davis, Jamie Gray, Samantha Rutledge, Kelsey Duncan, Christen Cornett, the injured Jenna Cox, and the wonderful coach, Miss Hays.
We are tied with Northwood to be the County Champs. YESSSSS!!!!!!!!
Wondering about the title? Well thats what Miss Hays (volleyball coach) calls me, she says that I run my mouth to much.
Track started on Monday and our first track meet is on April 19th. The coaches are Mrs. Robinson for the girls and Miss Hays for the boys. |
